Preventative Maintenance Programs

ComRes has long offered customers with an opportunity to provide continuous preventative maintenance and assessment services. We believe it is always in our customer’s best interests to have a professional maintenance service company assess their facility on a quarterly basis for preventative maintenance. These assessments can vary in detail depending on the type and function of your facility, but generally we provide as much specificity as possible.

The idea behind these assessments is simple – small repairs can actually save you money in the long run as problems are less likely to develop into larger, budget busting repairs. The other, and more important issue, is safety. A building or facility that is being regularly maintained is less likely to have safety related issues. Our Preventive Maintenance Programs are an inexpensive alternative to simply fixing things when they break. Being made aware of a problem while it is small and manageable is quite often less expensive than being made aware of a problem after the fact. Early diagnosis, maintenance and repair is simply the best answer.

The reports provided to our customers are detailed by office, room number, or area. Each report can be customized to each company, as well, because what is valuable to one company may not have any relevance for another. We pride ourselves on discreetly assessing a building and submitting that information in a timely manner.

Upon receiving the preventative maintenance reports our customers are then able to determine areas they want to take action on and call us for a detailed estimate or simply approve the work, all depending on the nature of the problem and the urgency of having it resolved.
